License key verification

This section provides helpful information and usage guidelines for managing and verifying the license key. Key points are:

To verify the license:

Click user profile
from the dropdown, click Verify License.
Input a valid license key in the provided field.
Click the Verify button.
Based on the key, the system assigns the corresponding plan and activates the scanner.

Optional: Refer to the "License Key Information and Guidelines" section for troubleshooting or support.

Ensure Online Connection: The machine must be connected to the internet during license verification.

Machine Binding: The license key is linked to the specific machine where it is activated. To transfer the scanner to another machine, users must contact the support team.

Expiration Notification:

Users will receive an email notification 30 days before the license expires. This helps ensure timely renewal and prevents interruptions in scanning. Post-Expiration Limitations users can view old scan results and download reports.

However, new scans cannot be performed until the license is renewed.

Active License Status:

Users can check the currently active license key in the License Management Portal.
